As piece by piece of the network falls into place our development system seems to be working quite well. we have added 4 new raid5 servers , network switches and such all donated my local university. Wow , Thanks guys & gals that made this possible.

Mesh with Peer to Peer data storage!

We are working new deigns for offhanding PTP traffic to arrays placed throughout the network making the PTP hosted data somewhat seamless. The idea of PTP scares most ISP's, becuase of several things including warez, music, video and games eating up all thier bandwidth for free, since peer to peers are free like bit torrent, which made me start this spin off. Will code name it Sonic - Mobile mesh peer to peer platforms, software , hardware and service.

The data is offhanded to the nearest PTP active server in the network. Using multiple servers, one can spawn packages using the meshed multipath resources as an advantage for peering.

At the same time our new pckage (client) wil allow peering on the mesh. Its coded to work with the mesh, and can be rebuilt for others for the development cost. The idea is to share resources in technology where they were feared before.

Our PTP guys are going to love this! More soon!

More Inexpensive Laptops

As another wave of cheap(cost)laptops recently hit the market, we are happy to see the costs dropping. Each of the listed and shown devices will support mobile mesh via a wifi card. MobileMesh (tm) has spread over the last weeks to 17 nations across the world.

MIT recently started a project a few years back that sparked Intel, Asus and others to meet market demands , and support XP. Even Microsoft is behind the idea on the laptops, and will extend its XP life to meet that market after it expires in mid 2008.

We are happy to see allot more devices, since our mesh needs cheap computers or cheap portable devices to communicate with. Seeing that market expand, our mesh will have more features soon, including VOIP, and IPTV services to support our complete realm of services.

The group is excited to see allot of growth in the low cost laptop for every kid project, and we are happy to support that project with our MobileMesh product line. The group has already tested a few content filtering (instream) solutions for our clients.

As testing continues ,we are happy to report over 600 media streams per 24 hours. Our team our group has successfully tested the media through our m0n0wall firewall, covered in an upcoming blog. After spending a grueling 4 months, the development guys roll out the media platform for streaming MP3's and Mpeg4 Videos. The new media distribution system has been tested now over 72 hours, days ahead of schedule. The project used simple Linux based reflectors placed within the mesh , could distribute media to the mesh clients. This gives mobile mesh a new media distribution system now tested and officially approved for use with the mobile mesh platform, released early this month.

Delivering 1000's of free media streams, Mobile Mesh will lead the world in delivering the first free media platform across universal global mesh platform.Testing was conducted on over 20 different products and several different platforms.

New Servers & Media Partners

Adding several new servers. New reflector setup and tested on old cobalt raqs, refurbishing older hardware with needed technology. Green is developing the new media cluster system for his relationships in the media industry including AllSouthwest's Networks, AllTexas's Networks , and Total Records.

Green owns exclusive distribution rights from all media deployed, and will start pumping 1000 new artist online. The new servers and media partners are part of greens plan to populate the network with local media stations, using reflectors and media clusters, saving costs. The new cluster will also be available for SXSW media reproduction, and media streams from local artists.

The new network is redundant fed by AT&T and Time Warner. The move to our new servers is way overdue. The media server and reflector was the first step. We also added a new DNS server.

We chose a ISO based firewall, which is adding to the security, but creating security and a path to radius and our AAA standard. This will allow non mesh networks now to authenticate off the mesh, using the same radius system developed by Green 10 years ago for the ISP industry.

The whole package is coming together very nice and shows huge potential of millions of hits on our media side and thousands of mobile clients as we start lighting up Austin TX, one unit at a time.

Total Access Security - back in development stages!

We were reminded last week, just how much we need security, when our neighborhood (across the street) was broken into again and vandalised. Doing beta testing now on products both based on software and hardwired cams with DVR, and seeing which ones work the easiest, most cost affective, supports the most cams, and yet meets the demands for facial recognition. Quality over quanity. Lucky no-one was hurt and this gives me window of oppertunity to test system in action.

The thought of being able to see my home, business, church group online even at only 5 frames per second, would really allow me more piece of mind especially when I have unknown visitors, unexpected guests, or a new baby sitter. Inhome control and security are priceless. System works in nursing homes, hostpitals, group functions, allowing you security where the where world accepts wireless....

What's new? X10 Home Automation module support on MobileMesh

We are excited to add a complete existing and proven line of security

FCC CALEA Deadline Approaches in US

The FCC deadline approaches in the US for all ISP/WISP providers
to be CALEA complaint of face a $10,000 per day fine, FAST !

My largest concern is the route of responsibility. I have spoken with several
colleges on the wireless and meshed channels and we all have families and
business to keep alive and want to work with any agency with minimal cost
and overhead in operation of gear.

I have seen gear from $2500 to $7999 , that is to be placed on the network
at each gateway and record and store data. There have been several of us that
have found 'cheaper' alternatives, what software FCC consider CALEA complaint ?
How is that possible on a multipoint mesh network unless it all connects back to
a single collective center(NOC). We recommend placing your CALEA gear at the
NOC/Gateway to reduce expenses.

Will WireShark (packet sniffer) loaded on Ubuntu on a laptop at each gateway,
with remote access , within the realms of CALEA compliance? Again I am asking
people opinions and not in any way instructing. Or will our bandwidth control units
already in place ( which review every packet in and out) with IPtbales and port
redirects?

Will MikroTik work with thier BCU/Router/Bridge abilities produce the easiest
solution out of the box without selling the farm ? I did find one place that
did not try to sell me a bag of goods, and looks to have a clue.

I by stroke of luck had a chance to review the way one percieves infromation. ( sorry about typos ). My idea was to review how ISP's were dealin with shrinking or growing masses with no way to control medai being fed, unless they deployed thier own browser, or widget that embeded themselves until I came across a simple tool bar concept.

My goal in developing my first one so far is to enhance peoples internet experiance through our services and vision. One is reminded of percenption when asked how full is half of glass jar. half full or half empty. As dialup slowly decreases, millions of new customers are available now through different forms of media. Since our move to digital phone service and IPTV , it has truley enhances the experiance.

Welcome to our small contribution online. We develop and deploy dialup, DSL, wireless, mesh, hotspots and hosting facilities for providers around the globe.. Our group has deployed, developed and maintained over 600 Internet service providers over the last decade.

Our group developed and deployed the first dialup network in central Texas USA , first analog then digital, then deployed wireless Internet access using substandard 802.11. Allot has changed over the years and our firm coverage has exceeded the size of a few stated in the US. We developed the city city wide mesh several years back, way before its time using adhoc networking with Linux boxes. (system is still in use today)

Now our scope changes from just the connection to all the things one can do with connections like storage, email, content filtering, spam filtering, voice over IP, IPTV and much more. This blog will allow us to share details with other firms around the globe and share ideas and technology to expand the network to every person in the world.
